heatpumpreport.co.uk (Heat Pump Report) is owned and run by Kind Services. About us explains who we are and how the site is funded.

Email

The best way to reach us is by email at info@heatpumpreport.co.uk. Put the topic in the subject line, for example "question about a guide", "personal data" or "error on a page", so we can deal with it quickly.

We read questions about our guides and suggestions for topics we should cover. We can't assess your home, size a heat pump for it or tell you whether you qualify for a grant: your installer, Ofgem or Home Energy Scotland can confirm that for your case.

Quotes and installers

You can't ask for installer quotes through this site, and we can't pass on a quote request sent by email. For a quote, contact MCS-certified installers directly. Our guide to choosing an MCS installer explains what to check and what a complete quote should include.

Your personal data

To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email the address above. Our privacy notice explains what we keep and why.

Spotted a mistake?

Tell us which page, the sentence you think is wrong and, if you have one, your source. We check it against the primary source and, if we got it wrong, correct the text and every example and table that depends on it. Our editorial method explains how corrections are made.

If you write for a manufacturer or installer: we correct a brand review or our comparison where a fact is shown to be wrong or out of date. The criteria, weights and scores don't change on request, and no place on the site can be paid for.
